Can my doctor set up a medication reminder schedule for me?
No, the doctor’s office cannot set up individual reminders on your device. Reminders are set by you in the Meds Cabinet. We recommend that you discuss your medication plan with your doctor, and then create reminders based on that discussion.

How long does it take to view my past appointments on the healow app?
Your past appointments are made available as soon as the scheduled appointment time has passed. Past appointments can be viewed under My Records > Appointments > Past Appointments on the healow app and on the Patient Portal. Where can I view my past appointments on the healow app?
To view your past appointments: Tap the Access your Health Records tile on the home. 2. Tap the Appointments tile on the Health Records. 3. You can view a list of your past appointments from your doctor’s office.
How do I delete medication reminders?
For Apple® devices, go to the specific medication and swipe the set reminder to the left to reveal the Delete button. Tap Delete. For Android™ devices, tap the X next to the set reminder to delete it.
Will my doctor be alerted if I create a medication?
No, the healow app does not have two-way communication beyond the Messages feature, so it cannot send data back to the doctor’s office. The Meds Cabinet is used only for your personal organization and coordination of the medications you take. During your next appointment, alert your physicians of any medication changes, or call their office if you have concerns.
Why does my Meds Cabinet appear empty?
You won’t be able to see any medications until your provider has prescribed medications for you. For any questions, contact your provider.

I would like to differentiate my OTC medications from doctor-prescribed medications; can I label them?
Yes. Under the medication name, tap the Please Enter A Nickname option. A keypad displays to enter your new label name. Back on the Meds Cabinet screen, the new label displays in bold above the medication name.
