The My Trackers feature enables you, as a patient, to track and record your medical information. For example, if you’d like to monitor your blood pressure for your doctor before your next visit, you’ll be able to subscribe to that Tracker and do so.
When you open My Trackers, you’ll see a list of available trackers. Tap a tracker for details about how it functions and what information it tracks. If you are using a tracker, your doctor’s office has the ability to access this information through their healow Hub. If your doctor cannot access this information, please ask them to create a support case on my.eclinicalworks.com.
Yes. Your tracker information will be accessible in your tracker section on healow.com
You cannot update your name and demographic information on the healow app. Contact your practice to update this information. After the practice has updated your information, you must uninstall and reinstall the healow app.

No, the doctor’s office cannot set up individual reminders on your device. Reminders are set by you in the Meds Cabinet. We recommend that you discuss your medication plan with your doctor, and then create reminders based on that discussion.
