How do I delete medication reminders?

For Apple® devices, go to the specific medication and swipe the set reminder to the left to reveal the Delete button.  Tap Delete. For Android™ devices, tap the X next to the set reminder to delete it.

Will my doctor be alerted if I create a medication?

No, the healow app does not have two-way communication beyond the Messages feature, so it cannot send data back to the doctor’s office. The Meds Cabinet is used only for your personal organization and coordination of the medications you take. During your next appointment, alert your physicians of any medication changes, or call their office if you have concerns.

How do I add a custom medication?

To add a custom medication:   1. Tap Manage Medications on the home 2. Tap Add/Refill on the Medications and then Tap Add New Custom Medication. 3. Complete the fields on the Add Medication screen and then tap Done 4. The newly added medication is listed with a Custom label:
